Our Process

• Step 1
  Schedule a free in-home Design Consultation with one of our expert Design Associates. Your Design Associate will arrive on time and you will get to look through our Mobile Showroom that holds thousands of flooring choices. Your Design Associate will then measure your floors, help you choose your new flooring and will provide you with an estimate.
• Step 2
  After you’ve reviewed your proposal and estimate, you can review our financing options with your Design Associate and make your final decision.
• Step 3
  Upon your decision, your flooring will arrive and installation begins. We treat your home as if it was our own, so clean up of the flooring area, removal and replacement of furniture is included and done very carefully. We pride ourselves in maintaining and updating you on timelines, as we understand how important that is.
